Healthy Management Diabetes Education (HMDE) is a nonprofit organization providing free diabetes education to the community members.

Our mission is to:
“Educate the entire community on diabetes awareness. Empower individuals to successfully manage diabetes on a daily basis. Provide tools and resources to improve their quality of life by analyzing patient data and comparing it to national standards of the American Diabetes Association (ADA)”.

We education those living with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes and even have education literature for those with gestational diabetes.

Many have been diagnosed and don't have support groups or management classes in their area to learn more about diabetes. Through features such as our Online Diabetes Educational Video Series, our customers/patients don't have to wait to attend a class to get educated.
