Management Diabetes Education (HMDE) is
a nonprofit 501c3 organization providing free diabetes
education to the community members.
Our
mission is to:
“Educate the entire community on diabetes awareness.
Empower individuals to successfully manage diabetes
on a daily basis. Provide tools and resources
to improve their quality of life by analyzing patient
data and comparing it to national standards of the American
Diabetes Association”.
